Medication Management- Sometimes the difference between being admitted to the hospital and being able to stay home is as simple as taking your medications as prescribed! This can be a hassle and quite confusing at times, especially if you have different doses of medication for different days or you are tapering a medication. If you know, you know!! As a registered nurse, it is within my scope of practice to help you manage your medication. This service includes a basic med box, filling your med box weekly with all prescribed medication, calling in your prescriptions to ensure you never run out of important medication, vital signs with each visit, and a head-to-toe nurse assessment! If you are unable to get Medicare/Medicaid to cover this cost through homehealth, this is a perfect service to assist you.
